Submit an updated resume.

Submit a copy of your current teaching certificate.

Submit a copy of official transcripts. (internet transcripts will not be accepted)

Submit a completed Youth Leaders Request form. (for background check) Click here for form.

Request 3 employment recommendations. (required on Henderson County form) Click here for form.

Proper Kentucky Teaching Certification or the ability to obtain Kentucky Certification is required.

“I am interested” on the REAP posting and your paperwork will be reviewed.
