Editting a MAP Test Assignment:  
Step 1: Go to the Assignment button and choose Assignment Status. Click the circle beside the word Student. Choose your class and click the Search button.  
Step 2: Choose a student and click View Status. Select the assignment you want to edit and choose Edit Assignment.  
Step 3: You will get a message asking if you want to edit this assignment for all students or selected students. If you want your changes to be for all the students in your class that fell in that range, choose All Students. If you just want to edit the assignment for just 1 or 2 students choose Selected Students.
Step 4: You will find the assignment has been dropped into Assignment Builder so you can add or remove activities and add or remove decision points.
Step 5: When you have edited the assignment, choose Complete Assignment. You will get a message that says you are about to edit this for all students in your class that have this range if you selected all students. If you choose OK then everyone in your class who has this assignment will see the changes so you can do several students at a time.
     If you chose Selected Students in Step 3, you will see a list of all students in your class who have this range and can check all the ones you want to get this revised assignment.
   
2008 Fall Set Up:  
1. Delete your old classes.  
2. Create a new class using this naming convention:  (Your Name-Subject&Level-08-09)  
3. Unassign the old items and create new, OR revise and update the older assignments.  
4. Unassign all old NWEA assignments.  
   
Items to Keep in Mind for Home Use:  
1. The home computer needs the appropriate plug ins for running activities.  
2. The home computer should have high-speed Internet access.  
3. Students will need to know the Henderson Compass Learning web address.  
4. Pop up blockers should be turned off when running Compass Learning activities.  
5. Students must know their own user name and password to log in.
