Statement of Non-Discrimination
 

     The Henderson County Board of Education gives notice to the community, students, parents, and employees, that the board does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the educational programs or activities that it operates, and is required by Title IX of the educational amendments of 1972, (P.L. 93-318), not to discriminate in such a manner.

    Further, the Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of disability, in treatment, admission or access to, or employment in its programs or activities required by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (P.L. 93-112), as amended, section 504.  Nor does the board discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, religion, or marital status, in the educational programs, employment, or activities that it operates.
